Wolvserpent
Idaho two-piece Wolvserpent played Thee Parkside on a rainy Tuesday evening. Despite a weak turnout (it didn't help that Melvins were playing Stonerwitch in its entirety at Great American the same night), the doom duo ripped through an eerie live rendition of their latest LP 'Blood Seed' (20 Buck Spin). It was really interesting to see how they recreated the sounds on the record through looping and samples. I didn't get Blood Seed until this year, but had I gotten it last year it definitely would've been one of my top albums. I read all the tour diaries they did for Invisible Oranges, and I'm glad that I got a chance to see them.

They were impressive, shame about the dismal turnout
