Kowloon Walled City

Here they are, your San Francisco Kowloon Walled City. This was my first time seeing them after having missed multiple chances. I'm glad I finally caught them because the band hinted that they probably won't play for another six months. KWC ripped through a set of sludgy, downtuned riffery that pulled some bruising songs from their excellent Gambling On The Richter Scale album. Another great local gem. While the addition of Megaton Leviathan was welcome, it did push the show past the 1 am mark.
